Volunteer at EPYC and support youth during drop in hours by being a steady, positive presence in the space. Volunteers help supervise and engage youth through casual activities like board games, programs, video games, and general hangout time. The commitment is designed to be realistic: shifts are 3 hours, and they ask for a minimum commitment of one shift per month. Volunteers are expected to be a role model and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for youth in grades 7 to 12. A clean criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check is required. If you’re interested in a deeper level of involvement, there’s also an option to apply to become a board member.
